CLASSES & PRICING

Pilates Passion provides matwork classes for mixed ability clients. These classes will number no more than 12 people (often fewer), so that each client receives the necessary attention. Clients will be required to have an initial one to one appointment to assess their needs and which session will be appropriate for them.

I am qualified to teach Ante and Postnatal clients and those with Osteoporosis.

I do not currently teach the following groups:  
  • Clients with acute low back pain  
  • Children (under 18 years of age)  
(Provision for Children under 18 years of age will be available shortly, so do check back soon!)
